But before we get into it. Let’s get one thing straight. It’s not Underbar. It’s “oon-de-bar”. An adjective. It’s Swedish for delectable, divine, gorgeous, great, lovely, marvelous and wonderful – or at least that’s what their website tells me. This is an important point.
