Summer Pop Up Catfish Thai Banquet

Indulge in a hat-worthy dining experience as Ballarat’s award-winning restaurant Catfish returns to the city for three nights only.  Settle in for an evening of authentic Thai cuisine, as head chef Damien Jones (of Michelin restaurant Nahm) takes you on a culinary journey conjured up from scratch using the freshest regional produce, and served alongside the finest in local wines. The banquet sessions will be held on December 12, December 31 and February 13, Dietary requirements will be catered for by prior arrangement only.
