Honey Tasting and Appreciation

Join us for a for a session on honey tasting and appreciation. You will learn how to taste honey to maximise your enjoyment focusing on texture and sensation, colour and flavour using the honey aroma and tasting wheel. We will taste and discuss up to eight different honey varieties during the session including some that are considered rare and unusual. Includes a 350g jar of your favourite honey from one of our on-tap honey tanks.

Please wear long trousers, long sleeved and legged clothing and closed toe shoes. Protective equipment (beekeeping jacket or suit, veil and gloves) will be provided on the day.
