Saltbush Kitchen

10 Nov 2018

Eat Your Landscape

A self-confessed bushfood addict, Brigid Corcoran has spent years tasting and experimenting with Australian bushfoods in a bid to better understand and appreciate Australia’s indigenous community and culture. Her love for native tastes and textures led to the creation of Saltbush Kitchen – a venture which showcases native flavours in a contemporary Australian setting. In this workshop, Brigid takes participants on a sensory discovery through the Australian landscape, highlighting the incredible foods and flavours of our country and teaching participants how to use the ingredients in their very own kitchen.
